Our care management program has been in existence for over 25 years and was originally part of the Lee Memorial Health System. OUR HISTORY
Cypress Cove at HealthPark Florida was formed in 1999 to develop, own and operate a not-for-profit Life Plan community in Fort Myers, Florida. It is affiliated with Lee Memorial Hospital, a Florida not-for-profit corporation.
Cypress at Home was founded in 2014 to serve Cypress Cove residents and expanded in 2019 to offer its services to the greater Fort Myers community.
To bring leadership expertise and management services to Cypress Cove and Cypress at Home, a for-profit management and consulting company, Cypress Living, was formed in 2019.
Cypress Living is the architect of innovative senior living solutions in Southwest Florida. Inspired by the forward-thinking clients we serve, Cypress Living tailors care services to anticipate, meet, and exceed the lifestyle needs and expectations of each individual in their homes and in our communities. The ultimate mission of Cypress Living is to empower older adults to lead rich, engaged, and purposeful lives.
