Team Members of the Month for July 2022

We have TWO Employees of the Month to celebrate!

April McCarthy, RN has been with Cypress at Home for a few months and has made a world of difference in her patients’ lives. She first helped by covering a distant area/territory during another team member’s leave of absence. Since then, she has transitioned to Cypress Cove and has paired well with the clinic staff along with the other healthcare professionals at The Lodge, The Harbour, and The Inn. April consistently goes above and beyond to assist residents with their needs, all while providing the highest quality of care.

Ariel Rozanski, PT is one of our amazing physical therapists. She has received multiple compliments and praise from her very satisfied patients. We recently received a letter from a former patient’s daughter who stated that her mother wouldn’t be as well as she is today if it wasn’t for Ariel and April taking such great care of her and being so attentive to her needs.

Together, their collaborative efforts along with their care and compassion resulted in one of the most positive outcomes we have seen, and the accolades to go with it!
