Congratulation to Melissa Morgado, LPN, Cypress at Home’s Employee of the Month for February 2022!
Although Melissa has only been with Cypress at Home for less than a year, she has already made a huge positive impact, according to clients and staff. Melissa primarily sees residents at Cypress Cove, where she is known as a trusted professional who goes above and beyond to provide exceptional care.
“Melissa, your calming effect and patience with our confused patients is wonderful, good job!” is one of the many co-worker praises found on the Cypress at Home brag board.
As a former director of nursing of assisted living facilities, Melissa understands the important roll a nurse plays in the health and well-being of patients. She is very involved in her patients’ day to day lives and never hesitates to update family members on their loved one’s status.
