We have TWO Employees of the Month to celebrate!
Our first employee of the month for Home Health is Fred Lomangino. Fred is a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) who has been with Cypress at Home since October 2020. Fred stayed on with us through Cypress at Homes’ transition from All About Homecare. With his knowledge and dedication to his patients, Fred is a valuable asset to our Home Health Team. Fred goes above and beyond by accepting new patients and ensuring they receive the highest quality of care. Thanks for all you do, Fred! We appreciate you.
Our second employee of the month is Sam Aguilera, a home health aide with Cypress at Home. Sam joined the team in May 2021. She recently came to the aid of a Cypress Cove resident who appeared to be choking in the hallway. Sam immediately used her BLS training and began the Heimlich maneuver. Sam’s quick thinking and ability to focus under pressure saved the resident’s life. Great work, Sam!
