Cypress at Home Team Member of the Month for August 2023

Cypress at Home has recognized Tammy Warner, PA-C as the Team Member of the Month for August 2023. Her teammates appreciate her flexibility and willingness to help out wherever and whenever needed.

“Since the beginning, Tammy has gone above and beyond to ensure the needs of residents are met,” said Tisha Saylor, Medical Care Clinic Manager. “She covers all areas of health care, the Medical Care Clinic as well as The Inn, The Cottage, and The Lodge.”

Tammy has exceptional experience as a physician assistant in a variety of settings, including urgent care. She earned her master’s degree from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.

Tammy was born, raised and educated in the Massachusetts area. She moved to Florida four years ago. She enjoys spending time with her children and dog, either at the beach or Disney World.

Tammy is approaching her one-year anniversary with the medical care team.
