Physician Assistant Joins Medical Care Team

Please welcome Tammy Warner, PA-C to the Cypress family! Tammy brings 15 years’ experience as a physician assistant in a variety of settings, most recently in urgent care. She earned her master’s degree from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. Tammy has been a great addition to the medical care team, providing exceptional healthcare services to Cypress Cove residents in the medical care clinic as well as in the assisted living and skilled nursing neighborhoods.

Tammy was born, raised and educated in the Massachusetts area. She moved to Florida three years ago. Tammy enjoys spending time with her two children and dog, either at the beach or Disney World. Welcome aboard, Tammy!
